Cancel your order

As of June 19, 2026, online stores must provide consumers with a clear and easily accessible cancellation function, allowing contracts made online to be withdrawn.

This obligation is based on amendments to consumer protection legislation implementing updated EU consumer rights directives. The goal is to ensure that consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal effectively and that cancelling a contract is as easy as making one.

This form can be used to cancel an order placed in the online store.

In addition to your name and email address, please include the following information in the message field:

• Order number
• Whether you are cancelling the entire order or only part of it (please specify which items are being cancelled/returned)
• How you would like to receive the cancellation confirmation (for example, by email)

Terms

If the order has not yet been shipped, the full amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded.

If the order has been shipped but not yet received, the product price will be refunded (shipping costs are not included).

If the order has been shipped and received, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions, including return shipping.

Cancellation of an order that has already been delivered must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.

Returned products must be:

• unused
• in saleable condition
• with original tags attached

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the cancellation has been processed or the returned products have been received and inspected.
