Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

These terms and conditions apply to the online store MadeBySaara (Business ID 3633899-4), operated by Marjukka Somela, Purotanhua 14 B, 02270 Espoo, Finland.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Customer

You may place orders in the online store if you are an adult private individual or a company.

Minors require the consent of a guardian.

3. Products and Prices

All product prices are shown in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT 0%), unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

4. Ordering

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Placing an order requires that all provided information is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Payment

Available payment methods in the online store:

Bank transfer (payment details will be sent to your email after placing the order)
Cash or MobilePay upon pickup

6. Delivery

We deliver products within Finland. Available delivery methods:

Posti: €5.90
Pickup in Espoo

Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period begins when the customer has received the product.

Returned products must be:

unused
in their original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
